Fly-out Hunting, Outfitting
and Remote Fishing with Alaska Wilderness Trips, Inc.
Alaska Wilderness Trips - Hunting, Fishing, Photography
Our hunting area is located approximately 200 miles West of Anchorage, Alaska in the Alaska Range. This is a strictly fly-in area. We have over 25 years experience hunting,
trapping, outfitting and guiding in this area and are very familiar
with the animal movement and locations. This insures your being
placed in those locations containing the animals you desire. |

We offer a very personalized, completely outfitted, guided hunt for Caribou, Moose, Black Bear and Brown Bear each fall for a limited number of hunters. In outfitting your hunt we will provide all necessary camp equipment, food, trophy care, guiding and air transportation within the hunting area, as well as river boat and guide should you decide to do some fishing. We cover all normal expenses incurred once you arrive at our base camp. You are responsible for your transportation expense to and from the base camp, trophy shipment and any meat processing you may desire. You are also responsible for your hunting license and tags, which may be purchased upon arrival at the base camp. |

Our general procedure is to arrange for you to be flown into our base camp. From that point you are moved by Piper Cub or Cessna 185 to one of our spike camps, most of which consist of white wall tents with floors, wood stoves, cots, lanterns and all other necessary supplies. Cheryl provides excellent meals while in camp and for transporting to hunters in the field. |

We offer a variety of hunt combinations. One of the most successful is a Moose-Caribou combination, as these animals are both found in the same general area. Our success on this hunt has been better than 95%. Please feel free to email us or give us
a call with any specific questions or for more information.
